A quote or configured price on the site is an estimate to help you plan — it isn’t a binding contract, and prices, options, specifications, and availability can change. An order becomes final only when we confirm it with you; the terms of your specific build, deposit, and balance are set in that order confirmation and any separate agreement we provide, which govern the actual sale.

Please use the site normally and lawfully. Don’t:

• Interfere with or try to break the site’s security or operation.
• Scrape, harvest, or bulk-copy content, or use bots to submit forms.
• Submit false information, or anything unlawful, infringing, or harmful.
• Use the site to impersonate someone or misrepresent your affiliation.

The site’s content — text, photos, graphics, trailer designs and configurations, logos, and the Oregon Trail’R name — belongs to us or our licensors and is protected by law. You may view and share it for personal, non-commercial use, but not copy, resell, or use it commercially without our written permission.

When you send us a message, inquiry, or photo, you confirm it’s yours to share and you give us permission to use it to respond to you and, for photos you submit to our gallery, to display them as described in our Privacy Policy. Don’t submit anything you don’t have the right to share.

We use trusted providers to run the site (for example, Stripe for payments) and may link to other sites we don’t control. Your use of those services is subject to their own terms, and we’re not responsible for other sites’ content or practices.

We work hard to keep the site accurate and available, but we provide it “as is”without warranties of any kind. Product details, images, and specifications are for general information and may change; the written order confirmation — not the website — controls what your trailer includes.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Oregon Trail’R is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the website. This section is about the website; nothing here limits any rights or remedies set out in your actual order agreement.

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Oregon, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules.

We may update these terms as the site changes. When we do, we’ll revise the “Effective” date above. Continuing to use the site means you accept the current version.
